We are proud and very excited to be offering you a "brand new concept" in home ownership. Years of planning and research into the needs of our customers guided us to one singular conclusion. Individual families want affordability with style as well as maintenance free amenities. Yet, there are individuals that still want to maintain their own properties with the option to use only the services they need. For instance, in the Coves of Wellington Reserve any individual homeowner will be permitted to maintain his/her own yard or have the option to join others in the development that choose to utilize a lawn care service for their needs.

In that same vein, all Wellington Reserve town homes are individually owned. There will be no common fund for garage doors, windows, doors, etc...There will, however, be a common roof replacement fund since the individual town homes share the same roof. These dues, along with common ground maintenance, street lights, insurance, street snow removal, pond maintenance and the like will be collected semi-annually.

One of the other striking recommendations from our customers was the need for "non-cookie-cutter" homes. As such, we have designed several different ranch and two stories plans interspersed together along with various color and exterior brick changes. This will give all homeowners a very singular, non repetitive flavor in their Wellington neighborhood.
